Me alojé aquí varias veces diferentes.
El personal es siempre amable y tiene un excelente desayuno buffet. Buena ubicación en la ciudad.

Este es un lindo hotel, y su gente hace la gran diferencia.
Excelente atención en recepción, en restaurantes, en servicio a la habitación.
El personal de restaurante es maravilloso. Hacen el esfuerzo de complacer y lo logran. Platos que no están en el menú, o que uno dedea modificar, lo hacen. Los chefs tiene una excelente actitud. Dos meseros, David y Darwin, ayudan a que la experiencia gastronómica sea un éxito.

Excellent hotel and staff

Upon arrival the staff took care of our luggage and proceeded to check us in. This was done speedily and without much hassle. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was spotless and with a bath/shower combo.
The exec level lounge had great views of Medellin. The staff were very courteous and spoke a good level of English. Eventually they learnt our names and greeted us each morning. There are evening hordouvers along with free beer and wine (spirits have a charge).
The concierge booked a number of private tours for us to the likes of Guatape and around the city although sadly not in English so it was a bit quiet throughout the trip but very nice nevertheless. The gym facilities are too class, excellent machinery.
The swimming pool was the only let down, it was not clean (hair and bits of paper floating about) and had no ambience, no music or anything, quite desolate.
The sushi restaurant at the hotel is the best in town! Def make sure you have dinner there if you're a sushi fan. Amazing food.
Overall, one of the priciest if not the most expensive hotel in town, but it's a worth every penny.

Nice place but no concierge that was worth anything, the door man heyllar I think it was, spoke ok English but seemed like he wanted to help more the the front desk.

Muy limpio, ordenado y moderno, me encanto el lounge para los desayunos con gran variedad para escoger adicional a esto en la tardes también tienen comida, aclaración esto solo es para miembros elite de Marriott.

A very good hotel in el Poblado in Medellín with good food, a helpful staff, nice rooms and solid meeting facilities.

The property is beautiful and the amenities are plenty. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. That being said every time you enter the hotel (by car through the parking garage or on foot through the main lobby) you are submitted to a search similar to passing through an airport. There is a dog to smell all of your luggage and a security guard to wand you down (BTW the 2 photos in this post were taken from the same video, however there were actually 3 dogs on site at the entrance). For consideration of the privacy of the security gaurd that wands each guest upon entance, I did not attach his photo. Please remember that this is upon each and every entrance. To compound frustrations, short term visitors (friends, family, business associates, etc.) are not allowed in without first paying a $175 USD fee per person! I could understand an additional guest policy for overnight stays, but to not even permit an acquaintance to step foot inside for even a 30 minute visit without paying a $175 fee is outrageous. I have been visiting Medellin for over 20 years. I have stayed in many nice hotels. On this trip alone I had the pleasure of staying at both the Dann Carlton and Sheraton 4 Points before this Marriott, and encountered absolutely none of the above mentioned grievances. This is the first time I have ever been through anything like this. I will be checking out in the morning, and for that I'm grateful. I would leave 0 stars for the level of discomfort that has been imposed upon my family, but the staff truly deserves some recognition as they are exceptional and certainly didn't make the rules. You have been warned.

Only came here for the massage/spa area. Would highly recommend. You also get access to the pool area.

Es un lugar muy agradable, aunque tuvimos problemas con el sanitario y el ruido del aire acondicionado es alto, tanto que incomoda a la hora de dormir

Excelente servicio, habitaciones muy comodas y restaurante buenisimo y no se escucha ruido por lo que realmente se descansa

Excelente lugar muy bien ubicado muy cerca de el parque el poblado y de muchos lugares más como el parque lleras, a su alrededor se puede conseguir mucha diversidad para lo que necesites, la atención es muy buena y es muy lujoso y limpio el lugar las habitaciones son muy buenas y es un lugar agradable para descansar y pasar el rato, feliz día.
